I booked this luxury 3 bedroom sweet having reviewed the pictures and checked its location. We were travelling with our twins, our 5 year old and 2 grandfathers so the 3 bedrooms and the living space plus laundry etc was ideal. It was disappointing to get to the apartment and find that the pictures that had been put up were misleading. There should have been a TV in each room and in the living room. Only one bedroom had a TV, when i enquired i was told that no there was no supposed to be a tv in each room, contrary to ad, strange that there was an extra remote control but no TV. There was an iron, but no ironing board. No toaster, no lamps in the bedrooms. It should have been cleaned before we arrived but if it was it must have been a very quick job. I sent no less than 3 emails about issues and got no reply. Well no reply until i checked out following their procedures only to get an abrupt text message asking me when i was going to check out after i already had hours earlier. And then i finally get a reply from Pelican Executive Suites saying that i had only left one key behind...we only got one key, another inconvenience when i told them in advance how many people were staying! Oh and the knuckle dusters and anti depressant medication in one of the kitchen cupboards was a nice touch! Somone in mgt needs to lay eyes on this place. Its a great building, a nice new apartment and a great location. Dropping the ball on these things that could so easily be fixed makes no sense.
