The best Hotel I've ever stayed in my life so far!
Everything was perfect! The bedroom was huge! The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was amazing. You really have a great nature experience. The location was also amazing, the hotel is in Downtown Pipa, so you have everything close by. But honestly, I spent most of the time in the hotel. Don't miss the opportunity to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant. They cook incredible dishes! I'll book this hotel again for sure.

Já não é como era…
Achamos que o hotel deu uma caída em relação ao que ofertava. O café da manhã a la carte demora muito para chegar, e o que estava servido no buffet tinha muito mosquito, além de não ter muita variedade. Tentamos usar uma das piscinas e estava completamente suja, por isso todos os hóspedes estavam aglomerados na outra. A wifi não funcionava no nosso quarto (avisamos e não resolveram) e a tv não é smart. As comidas e bebidas do bar da piscina e da praia são ótimas, além do atendimento atencioso dos funcionários do hotel.

O hotel só tem nome… a comida e os drinks mtos bons!! A localização tb ótima! O resto… a água da piscina meio suja, piso em volta da piscina pintado e com lodo , mto no meio da mata…vc não consegue ficar na piscina de tanto mosquito te picando…deveriam fazer uma poda para evitar isso… quartos com cheiro de inseticida misturada com perfume de vovó!! Tela de inseto na janela do banheiro empoeirada…Inclusive achei um inseticida dentro do armário do quarto…

Confortável.
O hotel é confortável, porém falta iluminação nas áreas comuns. Nosso quarto não estava com cheiro agradável quando chegamos. O atendente que nos levou até o quarto precisaria ser mais simpático e mostrar como funciona, até a energia tivemos que descobrir no escuro que ficava atras da porta o dispositivo que acopla a chave. Os amenities precisam melhorar, pelo que se paga, deveria ter ao menos um kit com algodão e cotonetes. O atendimento do bar da piscina foi super demorado e pouco simpático. O quarto é bem espaçoso e a cama confortável. Espero numa outra oportunidade elogiar esse hotel, pois espera algo mais positivo.
