I did not get the apartment that I booked, was promised to move but that never happened. I booked a 1bedroom and paid for a 1bedroom but was put in a studio instead. I called Orbitz call center twice to try and help me but no luck. I was very unhappy with the service from Orbitz and Sharm Holidays. I would like to know if I will be refunded seeing that I paid for a 1bedroom and due to a mistake made by Orbitz I got a studio instead. Overall the apartment was dirty and we had maintenance problems the whole 11days we where there. 1st time that I was so disappointed in Orbitz.
