Comfortable stay
It is a very comfortable hotel at affordable prices. The staff are also polite and at your service. However, if you would like to make your own tea/coffee in the comfort of your room, do ask for the tea/coffee maker as it is not provided in the room, else you need to order it through room service, which is free in the morning. Secondly, do confirm your stay before arriving. I had booked through hotels.com as this was the only site where the hotel was available and on others it was sold out. I had paid in advance online, but the amount was not credited to Swosti hotel nor was mail shared on my coming. The hotel was sold out from the 2nd day, and when they reconfirmed with their reservations, they said to allow though they were fully booked. The staff was polite in this regard and helpful.

Warm, cozy hotel with a homely feeling!
It is a nice, warm and cozy hotel with weathered rooms and furniture, giving it a nice homely comfort. The firm mattress in the room makes for a peaceful sleep.The food in the restaurant was excellent! The staff are very courteous, friendly and warm. You feel very peaceful and relaxed in this place.
