The hotel was adequate for a 1 night stayed. It’s a little faded & in need of an upgrade décorwise. There were no coffee making facilities in the bedroom & there were no vegan options.

This is a nice family owned property. We picked it because it was a 15 minute drive away from Mont San Michele. Parking was on site, secure and easy. The rooms and common areas of this property are dated but clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms appear remodeled and while they are small, they are extremely functional. The only major letdown for us was the terrible Wi-Fi speed and service interruptions constantly Unfortunately, we needed the Wi-Fi that evening, but could not use it at all. The real challenge with Expedia Reservations like this one is their app which they claim allows you to message the property however the message feature has not worked on this end of the properties we have booked during the day. They also provide the prop a bizarre and unattended Expedia email and not the guests personal email, which was a huge and vacation ruining experience Ing this day for us. We could not communicate with the property and the property had some restrictions regarding check-in time which were not reflected on The Expedia mobile app used to make the reservation. We are starting to lose our faith slowly in the Expedia and Hotels.com brands as their customer service has practically vanished.

Great location with beautiful gardens right on the river.
Efficient and attentive staff.
Excellent parking.
Excellent restaurant and food.
Able to order drinks in the garden.
Clean room with comfortable bed, linens and towels.
Bedroom and bathroom a little small but served the purpose.
Carpets and decor a little tired and could do with updating.
Overall very nice stay and would recommend.

A memorable stay for all the right reasons!
We were there for a week half board. On checking in we were asked about any food issues and the menu reflected the wish for no mussels. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented, including the Monday "tray meal". All the waiting staff and room cleaners were very polite and efficient. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly and both spoke excellent English. The car was accommodated in their gated parking area with a clear sign indicating our slot. We couldn't wish for a more relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Good little Auberge
Friendly service. Beautiful garden on the river. We should have stayed in for dinner as there is not much eating options near by. However in October some places only open a few days a week or close and take vacation.

Peaceful getaway spot
A lovely little hotel in a quiet location off the main road and with nice gardens for relaxing and a river for the dog to splash around in! The restaurant offered stunning cuisine, beautifully prepared and cooked using local ingredients, but is probably quite expensive for eating there if you stay, as we did, for a week but there are other great options in the village if you want something cheaper!

1 night stay in May
We liked our stay there. Although the rooms were very small it was still enough for one night stay. Clean and comfortable. I'd like to give praise to a really good restaurant at the hotel. It worth having dinner there.

Typical Logis on river bank in a small Norman town
A good Logis hotel with original type layout and decor, Shower took some thinking about until a faint Red arrow was seen in the bath spout, this was the diverter for shower or bath fill, a type not normally seen in UK.
Good restaurant with varied menu of smallish portions that were all very tasty. Breakfast was good with usual French contents. As the weather was very hot all meals can be taken in the garden as well as inside

Good value but a bit tired.
After seeing such nice photos of rooms on Expedia we were very disappointed in our family room. The decor was dated and shabby. The stairs were very steep and narrow and would not be suitable for the elderly. There was no where to hang the shower head so you had to just hold it. Shame really as the staff were lovely and so were the gardens.
