Bruno and Maria are very nice hosts, very helpful and communicative.
Nice room with a balcony and small kitchenette, one does not need anything more, spending days driving around island and enjoying its beautiful nature.
Parking is on the streets nearby, but there were always few free options when we were arriving, not any problem. Villa Toca is a good option to be close to the city but having a car for travelling around.
Walking to port and to the center is 15-20 minutes, going there is direction down and you can go through a nice St Caterina park, a way back is 5 minutes longer, as half way is up to the hill.
The street is quite noisy, you can have a breakfast or a dinner on a balcony, if you like it more than in a cafe or restaurant but in the night better to keep doors closed, until you are familiar with city rumours. There is AC though we didn't need to use it.
