Agradável surpresa
Adoramos a estadia. A começar pela Iara, que nos recebeu e foi gentil, passando pela equipe da cozinha ( em especial a famosa Sueli!!!) e equipe das camareiras. Quarto confortável, colocaram um berço para minha filha que deu certo. Me ajudaram MUITO com a alimentação da minha filha ( que está em pleno processo de introdução alimentar). Obrigada! Parece que reformaram a pousada recentemente. Gostei do banheiro, toalhas, roupa de cama macia e do chuveiro ( jato de água ótimo). Ar condicionado funcionou muito bem. A piscina estava limpinha, temperatura agradável, bate sol principalmente pela manhã nela. Jardim lindo com pássaros. A localização: boa para ir a pé para a praia do mucugê e de noite para a rua principal (Mucugê) mas tem morro e com carrinho de criança deu um pouco de trabalho. Ficaria novamente.

Pousada linda e aconchegante, me senti em casa! O quarto em que fiquei (4) era maravilhoso, parecia estar novo, cama super confortável e banheiro excelente, branquinho e limpo, os funcionários foram atenciosos e prestativos. Café da manhã impecável, com bastante opções e todos os dias se preocupavam em colocar opções diferentes. A pousada fica muito bem localizada, e para quem não estiver de carro assim como foi o meu caso, consegue pegar as vans literalmente em frente a pousada para a balsa ou qualquer outro lugar.

A estadia foi incrível. A pousada está linda, a limpeza é excelente e os funcionários, todos, além de gentis e simpáticos foram muito prestativos. O atendimento é o diferencial. O fato de o estacionameto ser em parte da pousada traz um conforto enorme. A localização também é 1000.

Fiz a reserva para meus pais e meus irmãos, que aproveitaram uma ótima estadia em Arraial. Entrei em contato com a pousada para troca do cartão de crédito da reserva e também para reserva de transfer para eles e fui muito bem atendida. Segue relato da minha família que ficou hospedada: “Bem localizada, espaço amplo de toda a pousada, bastante verde. E o que mais nos chamou a atenção foram o trabalho e cordialidade dos funcionários, principalmente, Sueli, Jeane, Dica e Iara etc.. O café da manhã não tantas variedades, mas é gostoso e bem servido, três tipos de sucos, café, leite, chá, três tipos de frutas, bolo e alguns tipo salgados, pães, presunto e queijo. Tapioca, omelete e ovos mexidos, quem quiser pode fazer o pedido todos os dias. E o cafezinho da tarde com um bolo, aproveitamos todos os dias. A pousada realmente é muito boa.”
