Wow! Just the place to stay if visiting Lucern - transportation to and from city is complimentary. The hotel is on the water and has all the facilities. The hospitality is top notch. This is a beautiful property! We were in Switzerland for 10 days and although we were only at this location one night it was hands down the nicest room of the stay. The lake view room was so beautiful. Great location and very convenient for travellers as the bus station is right outside the building.

Unbelievably beautiful location on the outskirts of Luzern, only 10-15 minutes away by (free) bus or car. The building is a bit dated but renovated appropriately. Very professional staff. Bus and ferry boat(!) stop right there. Wished we had brought our (gravel) bikes. We only had (good) breakfast once there but delicious (game) dinners at normal prices in very classy interiors within 10 minutes from there at hotel/restaurant Waldegg and restaurant Eichhof.
