Perfect for first timers who have no plan in mind
The receptionist Yale is extremely helpful with getting your trip sorted and has any 'must see' for you figured out. Never have been in such good hands in a foreign country. An absolute YES if you want to spend an unforgettable time without having everything planned and scheduled beforehand. And yes, the hotel has a good standard, too :-)

An ideal place to stay with friends in a city of mystery, the bed and the room was ideal to stay 2 nights, the treatment was very friendly and they tried to help you in everything you need, the breakfast was very rich, something from another world, its location is close to everything especially the big square just 5min walk. The environment at the hotel was extremely welcoming, the service was great and the room was well equipped and clean. I particularly enjoyed the walking tour with Santiago, who was very thorough with his explanations and showed us the best of Quito’s beautiful historical town! Even though I was traveling solo, I never felt alone because of the staff. I would definitely recommend this place to any travellers looking for a more personal and traditional trip in Quito!

You can arrange this tour with the front desk or respond to the text and book it via text. The breakfast was fabulous, cooked to order as opposed to a buffet. Indeed very friendly
This hotel really deserves its name, Friends. i can’t remember the last time when I felt so welcomed. The reception is very helpful. i inmediately felt st home. There are some nice common areas if you don’t want to be in your room. i loved the rocking chair outside my room. Breakfast was good too, with fresh fruit, juice, eggs, toast and coffee/too. Only minus is some street noice in the morning.

Loistava sijainti, mutta aamuisin oli melua
Kolmen tähden hotelli/hostelli, jossa kuitenkin respan todella ystävällinen palvelu nostaa pisteitä paljon. Sijainti on loistava: monet vanhankaupungin nähtävyyksistä on ihan lähellä ja palvelutarjonta pelaa keskustassa. Huoneeni oli aika pieni eikä siinä ollut ikkunaa ulos ollenkaan. Käytävälle oli lasiseinä, jossa oli liukuovi (seinän eteen sai verhot). Aamupala oli paikan kattoterassilla ja rakennuksessa oli keskellä aukko, jota pitkin melu aamiaiselta tuli huoneeseen asti. Se herätti aamuisin.
