overcharge and misrepresention of property
It was an overdharge and misrepresentation of property. We reserved on line and quoted $80 room, $90 total. Office charged $90 , $105 total. said booking agent was to blame. Lights didn't work, holes in ceiling, one bed was unsleepable! Roll to the center and can't pull yourself out. Wife moved to other bed for relief., no security chain on door. I could go on.... Don't stay here! Owner would rather have extra $15 than a good review.
First of all we were overcharged, we were given a guaranteed price of $90.00 to be paid upon check-in we were charged $105.21 we also asked for a king bed when making the reservation when we checked in we were told the property did not have king beds. We were also charged a 3% for using a credit card. We expect a refund on the overcharge and we will not book with you again. Please reply.
