I had such a wonderful time at the hotel. Everything was alright. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Specialy Andreza and Silvio who work at the reception are very nice people. They always had good advices were to go and what to see. When I had questions, they always had an answer. I had a great time there.

Breakfast was very nice. Staff at the desk very helpful. Bed sheets were overused, holes and stains. The hallways to the rooms are too dark, carpets need replacement.

Overall decent stay. We came from Canada so maybe our expectations were high, but I’ve stayed plenty places over my time. Good and bad, this wasn’t a bad experience overall. The staff was great, English not being first language we still got helped when needed. The safe batteries were a pain, the door swipe card also. Old tech… Two single beds that were kind of out dated, tossed and turned every night. Great water pressure and the breakfast was good. Enjoyed the jacuzzi’s and gym space. It’s in the heart of downtown. Homeless is not far but we came for the party and we were close to Lapa arches so it was great.

Quarto estava com cheiro de naftalina , pedi para trocar o quarto mas só tinha um quarto em que o ar condicionado não desligava e outro com cama de solteiro. Banheiro pequeno e teto com mofo, lixeira do banheiro com ferrugem em cima , café da manhã simples. Telefone da recepção não atendeu em todas as vezes que tentei. No quarto o teto também está mofado. Não indico.

Vou pontuar pontos positivos e negativos: A localização é o forte desse hotel, próximo de tudo! Mesmo que você dependa de aplicativo pra transporte, vai se surpreender com os preços baixos! Quartos são compactos, porém confortáveis.Os elevadores estavam sempre vazios, ponto forte.Se você solicitar limpeza, é feita diariamente, basta pendurar a plaquinha na porta. O café da manhã é bom, porém é repetitivo. Nas áreas comuns, há três hidromassagens e academia, e no período que fui sempre estavam vazios. O ar condicionado é excelente, silencioso e eficiente. O banheiro é compacto mas é ótimo, conta com chuveiro elétrico, torneira elétrica e dois sabões líquidos. Adorei a cama, macia! Pontos negativos: você vai estranhar muito chegar no hotel e se deparar com calor. Eles não possuem ar-condicionado na recepção e esse calor se estende na área do café da manhã, porém há ventiladores, que ameniza. Nos arredores do hotel você vai encontrar vários bares, mercados e farmácias - mas vai encontrar lixo pela rua que são recolhidos sim diariamente, sensação de ruas sujas e um aspecto de abandono. Com tempo acostumei e realmente é tranquilo andar por ali. O frigobar é minúsculo, não tive a sorte de ter um potente, mas como usava só pra deixar água me serviu.O cobertor do quarto é fino, aliado ao ar condicionado potente regulei ele várias vezes até encontrar uma temperatura boa.
