Staying at the Gangnam property and booked here as a one nighter in Busan. This is a great hotel, love the added touches like pyjamas, coffee etc that you can just pick up. Rooms are clean, modern and so quiet. Had a great sea view. Close enough to all the action

I had a pleasant stay at Toyoko Inn Hotel Haeundae in Busan. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and public transport. The room was compact, clean and well-equipped, typical of Toyoko Inn standards. Staff were friendly and check-in was efficient. The complimentary breakfast was simple but appreciated. Great value for money, especially for a short stay.

Decent location, close to the beach and a short walk will get you to the walking street. There a MCdonlds around the corner so I could get an early morning coffee. A nice hotel that's in a good location and isn't very expensive. The room and facilities are perfectly fine, offering what's needed for a basic stay. The hotel does have a late check-in hour and early check-out time, at least compared to most other hotels.

Very caring service - feels like home

Super helpful staff. Somewhat affordable laundry at 2000 for wash and 1000 for dryer. Plenty of machines. Currency exchange in the lobby. Water and ice dispenser too. Skincare sachets, combs, robe also available in the lobby for complimentary. Breakfast was too crowded so I skipped some days but had plenty of options like boiled eggs, bread, rice and Korean soups.

There was a large group that came in the afternoon and left garbage overflowing in the garbage can. When i left the next morning at 4am, the garbage was not picked up. Overall, it was great value hotel we enjoyed staying at. Location was close to the Haeundae Beach, just acouple of minutes of walk. 24 hr emart stores were near by for convenience. Haeundae Subway station was about 10 minute walk. Bus stops were also just a few minutes away. All the restaurants and hangout areas were within 5 minutes too. Breakfasts, Korean and western style, were simple but tasty and plentiful. We enjoyed the Korean food alot. We got a 17th floor room with an ocean view. Window was small but the ocean view was beautiful. It's not a 5 star hotel but an excellent value hotel. Rooms can use some updating with nicer wall papers and floor carpeting and decorations.
