Incredible place, located right in front of gorgeous sea , with a beautiful view, spacious rooms with balcony’s and hot tubs, everything about the hotel is great! The only thing is that it’s quite strict about breakfast setting, in matter of getting water after 10:30am was not easy. Otherwise the staff at the dinner was great and friendly, we truly enjoyed the ambiance.

We absolutely loved our first visit to Deiz Federico Lighthouse and will definitely be back. Cleanliness was a little below average (very dusty under the bed and the toilet brush was filthy other wise we thought it was a lovely hotel and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.

The hotel is so nice and calm everyone was so lovely and helpful,we stayed there for 2 nights we had technical problem with one of the rooms, During ou staying no one cleaned the rooms although we asked for that many times they kept saying we will send someone but they didn’t. And the water in the shower is so cold there was no hot water at all in all our rooms

NIGHTMARE!!! RUN!!!

On August 13th I came to the hotel Deniz Feneri Lighthouse, to which I made a reservation several month ago. But when I arrived I was told that hotel is overbooked and my room was given to someone else. And I was offered different room, in nearby hotel instead, but was assured its going to be similar to the room I booked in the first place. I was told that this new hotel “Renaissance Blue” is also belongs to them. It was 5 min away with their golf cart. When my family and I arrived to this new property, we found out that offered room didn’t have an ocean view, for which we paid in the first place. When we complained about it, we were promised our initial room/villa in 4days only, since it was already occupied by someone else. So we agreed. After 4 days we were we brought back to “Light House”. Guess what?! We saw around 8 to 10 other families complaining about EXACTLY the same thing!!! OVERBOOKED! And management offering people their “new hotel” which is up the hill with NO OCEAN VIEW or OCEAN ACCESS. Surprise surprise! Yet again we were placed in different room. Not the one we paid for in first place. 1. NO HOT WATER. 2. TV DIDN’T work.(When I called lobby, they sent someone, after 3 hours. Their specialist came checked cables and said that he can’t do anything about it right now, and that we have to wait) 3.Walls in living room had MOLD!!!! (See attached pictures)4.Some light fixtures didn’t work. 5. Furniture is discussing. Pic.they have here has nothing to do wt real

Oda resimde gösterildiği gibi değildi. 1 adet cam ve balkon kapısı bozuktu. Odada rutubet ilk günden son güne kadar sürekli vardı. Odaya girince sizi duvardaki paslı çengeller ve ölü böcek kalıntıları karşılıyor. İkinci gün odayı karıncalar bastı, hızlı müdahale edildi, tekrar sorun yaşanmadı. Tv bozuktu, arkadaki kopan kablo yapıldı ancak yine de tv çalışmadı. Deniz çok güzel ama ilk gün bozuk şemsiyeye denk geldik. Düzeltmeye uğraşıldı ancak, tekrar tekrar kapanınca dikkatli olmamız önerildi. Yapacak bir şeyleri olmadığını belirttiler. Diğer günler başka yere oturduk, sorun yoktu. Deniz kenarında oturuyorsanız hem masalarda hem şezlongda garsonlara ulaşmak oldukça güç. Sipariş verseniz dahi gelmeme ihtimali yüksek. Elektrikli araç park yerine park ettiğim bir gün çağrıldım. Plajdan resepsiyona gittiğimde aracı başka yere park etmişlerdi. Başka bir gün elektrikli araç yerine park etmesem de benden destek rica ettiler, önceki durumdan bahsettim anahtarı gelip plajdan aldılar. Arabaya akşam bindiğimde daha önce hiç görmediğim bir elektronik hatayla karşılaştım. Bizim için şanssız deneyimdi. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

Odamızın içerisindeki mobilyalar çok eskiydi. Ve nemden bazı yerleri küflüydü. Yatak başlığı kırıktı. Buzdolabı pis ve lekeliydi. Sahil kenarında ki sehpalar hiç silinmiyordu. Temiz havlu servisi çok geç başlıyordu. Ancak personel cok güleryüzlü ve yardimciydi. Otelin dış mimarisi çok güzeldi. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi ve temizdi. Odalar günlük temizlendi. Snack bardaki servis iyiydi. Yemekler lezzetliydi.

Ancak odalar oldukça pis, yeterli temizlik yapılmıyor. Odalardaki birçok eşya kırık. Yetişkin oteli olduğu için tercih etmiştik ancak otelde birçok çocuk vardı. otelin manzarası konumu ve atmosferi güzeldi.beach alanı için biraz yürüyorsunuz beach personelleri güleryüzlü servisleri iyi. fakat malesef odaya ilk girdiğimizde temiz olmadığını çok tozlu olduğunu söyledik müsait oda yok dendi temizlik için birini istedik ne o gün ne de ertesi sabah kapıya not asmamıza rağmen kimse gelmedi. Arayıp şikayetimi dile getirdim otel terliklerinin yerdeki toz yüzünden içi simsiyah kirlenmişti yenisini istedim onu bile yolluyoruz deyip yollamadılar. özetle pis bir odada kalmak dışında genel olarak iyiydi.
