Two night stay
A very well designed and friendly hotel. Slightly disappointing that they couldn’t manage to rustle me up a sandwich when I arrived. No coffee facilities in the room either.
Overall its a good place to stay

The hotel is very well run with clean, spacious rooms with a cool urban chic. Food in restaurant was sensational and the service was delightful. The only temporary negative for us was the entire Rheinberg city square in front of the hotel was fenced off for a major renovation for a few weeks. Would like to go back when it’s finished. Would stay at the same hotel again. Very nice!

Classy new addition to the Rheinberg area.
I travel regularly to the area for business and have been very pleased with the service and quality of this hotel. I have used it also to host customers so quality is important. The rooms are very large, bedding is more American style and the facilities are immaculate. Convenient parking, great breakfast and a nice bar also on site is convenient because there are not too many other options in the area.

Great hotel.
Parking at the back, and a warm welcome when we arrived.
Rooms are large and clean, although pillows aren’t great. Had a bit of an issue with the temperature in the room.
Restaurant is good, not too expensive and good choice.

My second stay
This is a great hotel with a great bistro.
Rooms are large, clean and in great condition. They have a modern feel including great rainfall showers.
Staff are friendly and welcoming.
The pillows are terrible! The hotel loses a star from me. I travel a lot and these are by far the worst pillows I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Hopefully they will sort this.
The town doesn’t have much going on as far as we could tell, but it was handy for out work trip.
The hotel has free parking which is very useful. We parked at the back but I believe there is secure parking underground?
