Don't Stay at C Negombo!
Really poor service – manager had no idea we had made the reservation through Hotels.com or what Hotels.com even is… It took a hour of the manager calling someone outside the hotel and looking at the reservation confirmation ion my phone before we were able to check in. The room was really dirty and I feel I have pretty low standards. There were quite a few hairballs in the room and in the bathroom. Hotels.com reservation said the room included airport transport. The hotel staff had no idea airport transport was included with Hotels.com booking and refused to provide airport transport. Reservation also said seaside view and room had a view of a construction site. Wifi does not work in the rooms. The experience led me to believe the hotel is just very poorly managed.
