Convenient place after a night out
Reception was busy & understaffed but friendly enough. Stayed in a triple room located on level 5. Important to note this place has a shared bathroom/shower area. The room was clean, quiet and beds were comfortable. If you are looking for a budget place to stay after a night out in Itaewon or a Korean spa experience, put this on the list. Will stay again.

A very pleasant surprise
This hotel is also a Spa! And when you stay there you can use the baths and the sauna. Massages need to be payed but they have very good prices on it.

Hotel and Sauna Experience in One
I have been living in Korea for a while and really love the Korean jjimjilbang experience, but sometimes it's uncomfortable to sleep in the facilities as there are too many people or it's just hard to sleep on the hard ground. With Itaewon Land we got a nice, simple private room and still got to enjoy the baths and sauna rooms.

Great place, rude staff (men's side)
It's set in Korean Spa which, if you like Korean Spa's is excellent. The only downside for us was the staff. Very unfriendly and in some cases blatantly rude. Shame because everything else was good.

DON'T STAY IN THE ROOMS IN SUMMER!
It is a good place to stay in Winter when aircon is not needed, but those little boxes they put you in during summer is painfully hot. Good price though. Clean and neat. Cool off in the spa, but just don't fall asleep in the water.

My stay..
The room was too hot!! The small fan was the only thing that kept me from a heat stroke.. Great location and I'd stay again as a last resort..

Not suitable for accommodation but great to visit
This is a bath house which also does rooms. Great for a tourist visit, bad for staying over.

Jimjilbang with rooms
Nice Jimjilbang with rooms, for the price fine. Pretty sure it said free toiletries but you had to pay for those. 10 minute walk from Itaewon station. Either via a set of stairs or a scenic walk through the red light district

Good location, cheap, use of spa
Walk up hill or stiff steps to hotel, near subway, good location, bed was not so comfortable, room lacks of ventilation system- not good for summer. Good thing is you can use the spa anytime you want and free of charge. I hope the spa will have some renovation soon, mold can be seen on the ceiling, walls and beams. Some sauna rooms have funny smell to it. The place needs to be cooler in the summertime.

Hot in the heart of the night life
Great location, right in the heart of the night life but, the hotel let its self down as the advertised air conditioning didn't exist just a fan in a windowless room.

Never ever ever again
The room is up on the sleeping floor of the jimjilbang. It is hot....because of the jimjilbang not weather...and there was no aircon and just a measly fan. Can't open windows. It was cooler out in other sleeping areas but I wanted a room for a reason, to not be dealing with all that.
We might have endured but the kicker was that about half of the rooms available are not actually private. Anyone can stand on tiptoes and see through the top of the door..which isn't glass...just lattice work. So it's not like I could strip off without ever worrying about that. And the lock is flimsy at best.
Generally didn't feel like a good idea or worth the money. We left for a hotel with aircon,
Lauren

Horrible Hotel
I did not stay at the hotel, the hotel was a brothel and this was not told to me when I purchased my package. I went to the counter and never checked into the hotel. I would never stay in a place like this.

Spa sauna
I understand that it was a spa sauna bathhouse. Too have the bathroom /toilet on the2nd floor and the rooms on the 3rd floor is not good at all .Joined by set of steep wooden stairs with no handrail is an accident waiting to happen, which it did to me resulting in badly bruised ribs with a possible fracture and all it needs is a handrail.
