Questionable Practice
The room was nice. Reserved through Hotels.com, so they say the receipt should come from them. However, they took my credit card for “incidentals” - which is not a complaint. $50 is taken out of my account to be returned anywhere from 10 - 30 days. My complaint is their refusal to provide a receipt or documentation of the transaction. Anytime someone takes your card and manipulates it - something should be provided to the customer.

Pool and hot tub was great! Bar service at pool side was lacking. Took 30 min to get a drink. Room was nice however, the bed was horable!! Was very hard and could feal the springs. Chair in the room was like concrete.

Friendly staff, very clean comfortable room. My only complaint is the pillows are very hard and small, if you have an issue with this I would recommend bringing your own pillows, glad I did.
