Fantastic Stay
Fantastic! We went late September, and we were the ONLY guests here! We had the entire resort to ourselves. The place is beautiful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The room had plenty of storage, chairs, table, and a safe. The one person running the place when we were there was fantastic! She made a tremendous breakfast, and even a "to-go" breakfast when we had an early start. Great place and highly recommend.

Need your own transportation
The Napal man that seems to be in charge is amazing and took very good care of me and I am so appreciative to him. Very disappointed that in the write up it didn’t say you need a vehicle and that there is no restaurant for lunch and dinner nor any even within walking distance. You are in no mans land. I had no car so I was really mislead and stuck

The staff are so friendly. Saf and Vishma go out of their way to make sure you feel well taken care of. They are pleasant and service oriented. The most beautiful views. So close to Naoussa. A great combo of living in the Greek countryside while having access to the beaches and night life. Pool is amazing. Need a car.

Misleading photos and claims
The hotel had a total of two staff members - a cleaner and a receptionist who was astonishingly rude. Restaurant was working only for breakfast, everything else was not staffed. The pool bar was also not staffed. It was unrealistic to have only two people work on the entire property. The receptionist preferred to not speak with the guests, and was argumentative when asked to fix something. He literally did not say “welcome” when I arrived, did not offer to help with my luggage, and did not say “goodbye” when I left. I have never experienced such rude attitude in Greece in my 20 years of travel. The manager did not show up on site for the entire week and only communicated through messages. The grounds are worn out, the gym is closer to a children’s playground, sauna is used as a storage, and tennis court is basically a colored carpet. My room was advertised as “sea view” but that was as realistic as reading a book across a tennis court. The toilet was also worn out and gave a train station feel. Otherwise it was all good. I would never have booked it if I knew what I was going to get.

we didn't actually stay at this resort, but rather stayed at another owned by the same people. our stay was amazing simply because we liked the location (easy walking distance to the village), Criton and Co are welcoming hosts, who keep their premises in top notch condition. we were fortunate to be picked up at the ferry and delivered back after our stay. we absolutely will stay with these owners again!

This hotel is very difficult to access, it is on a long unmade up road a long way from anywhere. We arrived and realised we couldn’t stay there. Expedia failed to explain the exact location, there was no way we could stay there. We want our money back

Disappointing stay
This stay was very disappointing. The property is unkept- overgrown. Manager said "staffing issues"- no one working the pool bar, it was closed most of the time, saw someone there once for 15 minutes. No WIFI during our stay. No one picked us up at the ferry as promised, no one came to pick us up for our return to airport. Manager promised to make changes, then never contacted me. This is NOT a 5 star, luxury property anymore. It may have been, but I would give it a 3 at best.

Great location up in the hills, though you’ll need to either walk or hire transport to get to Naoussa. 30mins on foot or €20 taxi. The manager and staff work very hard, but the owner could do with cracking some charm and a smile, particularly given the prices charged. Pool is great. Property condition ok.

The “resort” seems to still be picking up the pieces after covid as there is noticeable wear and tear across the venue including the suite we stayed in. For example, within the first hour of being in our room, the curtain on the main window fell down… Our electricity cut off twice in one day and later that night the water. It was concerning as we needed the fridge to be on to keep insulin cold (my fiancée is type 1 diabetic). The following morning the water cut out again but this time mid shower so my fiancé had to go to the pool shower to finish washing her hair as we were soon checking out.. What was most disappointing was the non existent front desk/reception, if something goes wrong (like it did multiple times) you’re expected to go find the one person looking after the whole place as there are very few staff around - it’s quite eerie. The pool area is lovely however the bar is also unstaffed, nor does it have a menu. The location itself is up in the hills so a heads up - if you think anything is walking distance, it isn’t so be prepared to hire transport to get out and about. The manager was very apologetic and tried his best however he does need help to run the place as he can’t do it all himself. The place has huge potential but management and lack of staff really let it down. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again.

Our stay at Naoussa Hills Boutique Resort was incredible. Words cannot express how impressed I was by the hotel’s service. Argiri & Haris ensured that our stay was nothing but perfect. Their hospitality, kindness, and hard work made our stay amazing! We were so very impressed by the cleanliness in our hotel room; it was spotless! The hotel room also has everything you need: a kitchen (with a fridge!), a washing machine, ironing board, a safe (to secure belongings), very comfortable bed, and more! I was very satisfied with the bed. I have back issues, so this was a very big plus for me! The pool at the hotel was so beautiful. It overlooks a scenic view in Paros. The hotel location is on a hill, which to me was perfect! Sitting by the pool was so peaceful and there was a nice breeze (not too hot!). Lastly, the food at the hotel is DELICIOUS. The included breakfast was very tasty. I would also highly recommend their club sandwiches!!! Thank you to the Naoussa Hills Boutique Resort for making our stay nothing but PERFECT! Will be definitely returning!

6/10 Good

I know this is probably going to get commented on as I've seen with other "negative" reviews on other sites (wish I had seen these before I booked) but I'm hoping this critique will be taken to heart. The view is great, the pool is great, staff tries really hard (and do way too many jobs) but the place overall is not great about details whether that's assigning people to the wrong room, broken doors, not cleaning/restocking, leaving tools around, getting breakfast orders wrong...we have a long list. I do have to say the manager did make accommodations for us and other guest we spoke with when things went wrong. But this place has the potential to be fantastic with enough staffing and attention to detail maybe with the exception of the road as has been mentioned and the distance from Naoussa. But if you can overlook the many details or its not important to you, then it can work. For us,. where we stay is of supreme importance so the lack of attention to all the details means we won't be back but at least on this site we're just about the only dissenter.

Highly recommend hotel: Naoussa Hills
Honestly, exceeded my expectations. Beautiful views from the hotel of the rest of the island. The staff were so kind and helpful. Aris the hotel manager, is a one of a kind soul. He made us food when all his staff went home and it was absolutely delicious! He recommended places to visit too. Rooms are very spacious and idyllic. Overall 10/10 stay and plan to go back sometime this year ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The owner, Aris, and his staff really do go above and beyond to make your stay in Paros enjoyable, offering a host of great tailored recommendations depending on what you want to get out of your trip. Although the hotel itself is a short distance from Naoussa, it is easy to access with a car or a short taxi ride. Being a little further out has its benefits as the hotel grounds quiet and really well maintained, giving a calm and tranquil experience.

Great room, great pool, great view, great breakfast, great staff: overall a very solid hotel ! Location is a bit remote and you definitely need a car but it is the perfect place to relax while visiting Paros. The road to the hotel is unpaved but it was no issue at all even with a small rental car. Nestor (the owner) was super helpful and we could not be happier with all the places he suggested us to visit! We will stay there again for sure when we come back to Paros!

Views and calm
Excellent property for a peaceful stay. Great views and pool and Nestor was very good host and guide for Paros. The upgrade was a nice touch and the room had everything you need, even a washing machine. The Mugler toiletries are adding to the style of the property. The breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. The only thing I would change in the room is the shower system. A simpler shower with hot and cold taps will be easier to operate.

Great staff and facilities within reach of Naoussa
The hotel is located in the hills around 7 minutes drive from Naoussa so a taxi or car is needed as the walk is down a single road. However, the hotel is worth it as the staff and the facilities in the resort are excellent - a picturesque pool, a good choice of food and beverages and very helpful staff. Overall as a couple we had a great stay at the hotel and would recommend it.

Peaceful and beautiful - highly recommended.
We had a fantastic stay at Naousa Hill Boutique Hotel. We stayed for 15 nights. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are completed to an extremely high standard. The breakfast is one of the best we have had with a huge selection of hot and cold dishes. The views from the rooms are great, looking down to the sea. The entire complex is extremely quiet and private, you do not see many others around. The gardens are carefully tended with lots of interesting plants. If you look carefully enough you will find a secret fig tree (opposite room 41) with hundreds of figs ready for picking - delicious for eating on the beach. The beaches of Paros cater for all types of beach goer. There are many beautiful Greek towns within 15 or 20 minutes’ drive, and many great restaurants. You need wheels to get to them easily. Overall highly recommended. Thank you to everyone!
