Upon check-in, was directed by the concierge to change to a room that he assured me would be an upgrade on the one I booked, as it was "more bigger" and had a nicer bathroom.
When I actually got to the room, it was an accessible room which wasn't actually larger, but just had a larger, wheelchair accessible bathroom. The bathroom was not clean and there were odd black pieces of what appeared to be some kind of mold which appeared from underneath the rim of the toilet each time it was flushed.
Additionally, the shower did not work and when I called it took over an hour for them to send a maintenance person to come and replace the shower head, which made me late for a meeting. When I called and mentioned this to the person at the desk, who was named Dean, his response was "I'm sorry to hear that, glad your shower's working now though".
The room was dusty, and there were random hairs on the bed linens and the sofa. Really unfortunate, as the staff in the cafe and the rooftop bar were lovely. Sadly, will not be staying here again, although the location is perfect.
