They provided a shuttle service to and from the alpine station, which is great, as the walking is not was a realistic option as from what I could tell, there was no walkable path to and from the hotel from the station. During my stay, there was not much around the hotel, so we were mostly confined to within the hotel during our stay. Our room was for 4 people and was fairly large. This hotel is fine for family groups and those who like regimented experiences but not for travellers wanting an more memorable onsen experience"

"The male toilet in the lobby needs more air freshener. We were well received by the female staff member during our check in. She provided us with hotel information (e.g. daily breakfast, Onsen, laundry, etc.) clearly. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful with welcoming smiles. We also appreciated the daily room cleaning service. The quality of the daily breakfast was excellent! We were very impressed with the effectiveness and efficiency of baggage forwarding service...

Amenities given especially for skincare are excellent. They also provide luggage delivery service which is good if you are going to the alpine route highly recommended"

"Ms Murayama handled my check in with care and great hospitality. Location of the hotel is so close to Toyama station which is literally 20 to 30 steps. Shopping and restaurants are right downstair. The view from the hotel is great also. Public bath on 5th floor is a great addon after a tiring tour in vicinity. Breakfast location is not perfect but choices of food and quality are exceptional. I will stay again in the future."
