The location is great and the view from the bar and common areas on the 12 floor is amazing. This hotel is catered for Hispanic guests, with the exception of a couple of people the majority of them don't speak any English. So be prepared to use your translation app. The food is the same everyday (scramble eggs and rice) and it is served on your plate. The breakfast area is crowded and as a result it is not a nice ambience.

The best hotel I stayed in Medellin. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Walkable to the soccer stadium and some many restaurants and bars. The staff have excellent service, including the driver Jorge and the terrace bartender Hamilton. You also got up-front taxi service 24 hours a day. Definitely, I will stay again in this hotel. Very highly recommended.

Not great, not terrible
The place is decent, but a lot of red flags. At night the area becomes really dark and seedy. During the daytime, it is fine and relatively convenient for getting around. The rooms are fine, the bathrooms are solid but there was definitely a problem getting the showers to regulate temperature without cooking you. The result being that the water would be warm then suddenly boiling hot. The continental breakfast is really poor quality and you are rubbing elbows with an absolute heaving mass of people in their cramped cantina area. Booked this place because it was a cheap 3-4 star and it was not great.
