It was ok. This hotel is right off the highway (near Crystal city) so it makes it easy to go Carrizo Springs and Eagle pass. If this hotel only wouldn’t have a musty smell in the room, I would give it “excellent” and too bad their swimming pools isn’t “working”. But over all, it’s close to some places

Liked - The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfy except for the pillows. Very quiet. Liked that it is a traditional style motel. Didn't like - the walls, woodwork and window need a bit of a clean and outside could do with a brush.

The outside around the property isn’t the best but I didn’t sleep outside! The room was spacious and very clean! Heater worked awesome as it was cold. Bed was comfortable!! I would recommend a late check out option, even if it had a fee with it.

The staff was friendly and the bed sheets were clean. The staff restocked and provided clean towels daily. The condition of the property was our main issue. The shower barely worked, the room did not have a chair at the desk or the couch shown online. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was falling apart and sqealing and about to sieze up. If you just want a clean bed for a good price, this is a good place. The door lacked a secondary lock on the inside also.
