It was very difficult and confusing to figure out how to get into the building. Although I had already paid through Expedia, I had to pay again. And there is a computer monitor that asks your name and reseveration number. The hotel's reseveration number and Expedia's reservation number are different and I was using Expedia's reservation number. At the end of a long day, you don't want to waste 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get in.

Merci pour cette chambre en urgence.

Après avoir passé une nuit dans la voiture, nous avons du chercher une chambre d'hotel en urgence car nous avons du évacuer notre maison dans le massif des corbières pendant l'énorme incendie de début Aout 2025. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et la personne de la reception était adorable. Notre chambre était très correcte, propre, mais la salle de bain un peu petite. Nous étions vraiment soulagés d'avoir trouvé une chambre pour la nuit pour nous et notre chat en attendant de savoir si notre maison était toujours debout. Je recommande absolument cet hotel.

Arrivés à l’hôtel, la réception était fermée. En amont, nous avions reçu un code d’accès à la chambre par l’hôtel, celui ci qui ne marchait pas. Nous sommes allés trouver le veilleur de nuit pour nous aider et le code envoyé n’était pas le bon. Heureusement que le veilleur de nuit (très professionnel) était présent pour nous donner le bon code et ainsi avoir accès à notre chambre. Aussi, en utilisant la borne d’accès, le seul moyen de paiement était la carte bancaire alors que nous avions choisi l’option payante sans pré paiement pour régler avec un autre moyen de paiement.
