Deserves its 10 rating.... brilliant place to stay

Wow wow wow what a fantastic spot. My room was perfect.... the bed was so comfy with high quality bedding better than any I’ve ever had in any hotel the little cottage was amazing instantly felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was left in the little kitchenette to enjoy at your leisure with delicious eggs and fresh bread. I’d highly recommend this little place and hope to be back very soon. Everything was so wonderful.

My wife and I met had a wonderful time in the Blue Gum room at Arcadian Retreat - so much so we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Justine is friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to talk to. She made sure we had everything we needed for a lovely stay. The rooms have recently undergone an internal renovation and are delightfully cosy. The kitchenette is equipped well and the Weber on the patio was perfect to cook all our meals on. The property is serene and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. It was nice to just sit on the patio and watch the trees.

Tranquility, romantic, abosolutely perfect!

We had the perfect getaway last weekend and it was our best B&B experience by far! Charming little cottage equipt with everything we needed and more! Beautiful surrounding (with a nice outdoor pool) and the whole property is tastefully decorated. Di and her husband were the most wonderful hosts, so warm and friendly that made us feel right at home. Everything Di cooked was sooo delicious, we'll be reminiscing it for a long time :)

tranquil and picturesque

We loved our 2nights at Arcadian Retreat, Adrian and Di were perfect hosts, welcoming and friendly. Breakfast delicious, our suite was very comfortable. We had a welcome platter of fruit and cheese and sherry waiting for us in the suite on arrival .The Suite , has 2tv's DVD player, so many DVD to choose! We were delighted with our stay , We didn't venture far as we had a function in Laguna. We will be back .

I wish we had stayed longer!

We had the most amazing weekend away thanks to Di and Adrian and their beautiful accomodation in Laguna. For our first time in the Hunter Valley, it was a very memorable stay. The rooms were impeccable and a lot more spacious than we anticipated. We were so well looked after and nothing was too much to ask for. Also,the food was absolutely amazing! We cannot wait to go back and stay longer.

Cosy home away from home

We booked Arcadian retreat at the last minute after we decided to go away for the weekend. Very happy with our choice. The room had a fire place and spa bath, was very clean and very cosy. We still felt like we had privacy. Our host Di was absolutely lovely, I had read reviews about her baking and they are absolutely true. We chose to have dinner and breakfast delivered to our room and the food was divine. It's been 2 days and we have already recommended Arcadian retreat to all our friends.
