When I checked into the hotel. The hotel argued with me about not paying for 15 minutes. I finally spoke with the manager and he was very professional and showed the front desk how to do their job. I then asked for a taxi several times when it was not the original front desk that checked us in we had no problem. When it was the same person that checked us in she would not call for a taxi and we would ask someone else to call a taxi for us. I would not stay here again due to costumer service. Thank you to the manager that helped us and squared things away.
