Liked the beach and location. Room had significant issues…limited heat, leak in bathroom floor, issues with WIFI. They did relocate us after 2 days to a nice room

Me and my friend were able to enjoy a quiet, breezy memorial day. It helped that it is by the famous lobster spot LUNCH and were able to enjoy a walk on the beach as well as the amazing bed and balcony area in the room. The kitchen was well equipped added to its sea side charm for us to have a late night snack.

Everything about it was close to perfect. The staff, the pool, the beach, the BBQ and the room. It's an older place but the upkeep is top-notch. Can't wait to return; I plan on making this an annual trip. Sofi the Manager is very attentive to her guests and is one of the kinder Hotel Managers I've met during my travels.
