Decent hotel in a good area. Could be improved.

The hotel is a little bit run down. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice. Selection for dinner was a bit fast food-ish. The room - well, the beds are not much more than a piece of plywood with a sheet. Super hard and uncomfortable. My body was aching all week. Other than that, it is clean and the bathrooms are nice. Close to Copacabana Beach and we felt safe in the area.

While the best thing about this hotel was it’s daily breakfast, that was the only good thing about it, in my opinion. The property was partially renovated. Some rooms were completely renovated others were not. Electrical outlets didn’t consistently provide use for changing devicesI was in one of the partially. The towels were dingy and looked unclean. The television remote was not reliable…overall, the hotel was subpar in my opinion. I would never stay there again and would not recommend it to my family or friends.

O cardápio do café era variado, porém no domingo estava muita coisa em falta, não tinha banana, mamão, pão cacetinho, atendentes do café nem bom dia davam quando estávamos chegando. Reservei dois quartos, do mesmo jeito e estilo, porém ao chegar lá o meu era completamente diferente, menor, com duas camas de solteiro, sendo que reservei quatro de casal! Má vontade dos atendentes do balcão em solucionar a questão da cama… Os meninos da bagagem sim, muito atenciosos, sempre cordiais e com boa vontade. Quarto com pouca iluminação.

Hotel muito bem localizado, entre Copacabana e Ipanema, a poucos passos da praia. Funcionários extremamente receptivos e sempre bem-humorados, tornando a estadia ainda mais agradável. O quarto estava limpo, organizado, com cama confortável e banheiro equipado com shampoo, condicionador e secador de cabelo. O café da manhã também merece destaque: variado e saboroso. Recomendo!
