Roaches in their Room & not a quick walk to the be
They had roaches in their room, 1 was stuck in the map on the door & we killed 5 more on the floors. We didn't feel safe leaving our luggages open. We paid for family of 5 correctly on hotels.com & then they made us pay more & the differences of adult price for our 17 years old child vs accommodating/waiving the extra fees with their infested room 31133 & us paying correctly on hotels.com. We paid over $800 for that night. Not worth it, not an easy walk to the beach, everything is far. Staff were not accommodating or kind. Food was ok. The resort on the outside looks grand & beautiful & tailored for kids & family but didn't give our family a great experiences.

Wonderful staff and the family club was perfect for kids 0-10! Would gladly return. One suggestion would be a daytime snack/dining option for family club as my kids were so tired and hungry in the evenings (ages 3&5) that they barely made it to the 6pm buffet opening time and we had to go to the main resort sport bar to get them food before the buffet opened. But this place was excellent and so nice to have so many families near by and swim out room was fantastic! Thank you all

All the staff is amazing. The property could use some cosmetic work and maintenance - I hope they plan on it in the near future. The food was good. The Sushi restaurant though served the same sushi they had at the buffet and was not worth making the reservation to go there. The desserts could use a little improvement, but that kept us from gaining too much weight on our vacation. :-) The French Restaurant was our favorite - would definitely recommend. Overall, the food was good. Overall, great value for the money we spent. The resort is very nice and clean. And, the staff is really amazing.
