Well located close to Chateau Frontenac and 1884 slide. Good size of the room, good bed and shower but terrible pillows and cleaning was reasonable.

Great location in the old city.
A very nice boutique hotel in a great location in the old city. The woman running the hotel is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are new and comfortable.

Stylish Hotel
The room is stylish, and the hotel is within walking distance to Dufferin Terrace, the Citadelle of Québec, and other major attractions. One small issue we noticed was a shoe print on the couch, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was Perfect
We really enjoyed our stay! Paula is a wonderful Hostess! She made sure everything was perfect for us and had so much information to share. The location is perfect for walking to everything in Old Quebec City! Every evening we would walk up the hill to The Citadel and watch the sunset over the beautiful St Lawrence River and the Chateau!

Old Quebec city stay
Great location, easy walk to Chateau and old Quebec City shops and restaurants. No elevator which would be a problem for older guests. Poor lighting in the washroom and terrible water pressure in the shower. Room was beautiful with the exposed stone walls.

This hotel offers a truly unique and modern experience. The exposed brick walls and spacious shower add a stylish, contemporary touch that really stands out. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and everything was clearly explained, making check-in and navigating the hotel easy. Highly recommended for a comfortable and refreshing stay!

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms are so gorgeously appointed. We stayed in room six and it had the perfect view of the chateau and the river. And Paule at the front desk/reception/hostess was wonderful. So knowledgeable about the city on where to go and where to eat, she made our stay in Quebec even nicer. I had mentioned that it was my partner’s birthday and she surprised us with a card and some chocolates! Thank you Paule for making our trip to Quebec even more memorable

The overall experience was wonderful - the aesthetic and vibe of the room, the staff was superb (thank you, Paula, for all your suggestions), and the location was perfect. Our one suggestion would be to have a proper non-smokey mirror for tasks like putting on makeup or shaving. Other than that, it was perfect!

This charming boutique hotel just opened a few months ago. The location is perfect, quiet but just 3 short blocks from the Chateau, Shopping, dining and the river. The decor is exquisite and we had a few suggestions for the very helpful reception. Because the bathroom is mostly black with dim lighting, they need to have a small makeup mirror to apply makeup. Our room was on the third floor, and no elevator so keep that in mind. Parking is a block offsite but not every hotel around there even offers parking. Wonderful stay!

Looked exactly like the pictures! Great design, pretty bathroom, and all the toiletries smelled better than walking into an Aesop. Was a beautiful building in an excellent location—close enough to all the sights and gorgeous parks but on a quiet street with not too much foot traffic. Loved that the windows opened to let in the sea air (big bonus for me as someone who does not like being stuck in hotels with constant A/C blasting). The bed was very comfortable. Paule was really lovely and had so much local knowledge. I highly recommend staying here and will come again. Check in was great and even though there is no elevator, there will be someone on hand to help you with your luggage if you plan your arrival within the staffed hours.

Beautiful room and very quiet area a block away from many restaurants. The room had an excellent view of chateau Frontenac that was a 5 minute walk away. excellent staff and communications as well. Only issue with our room was that the water pressure was very poor that the shower barely worked (the rain head not at all) - apparently it was just our room being at the top so perhaps inquire about this. It was manageable to shower but should be fixed - would definitely stay here again regardless.

Modern design. Great products/amenities. Kind staff. Great location.
Room design is a bit unique. On two floors. Our room had the bathroom upstairs. No doors - so might not be convenient for people who wants privacy. Due to historic building, can get cold in winter. The staff was kind enough to provide additional heating source and start it on our absence. Not a fan of the shower design in this building. Not intuitive plumbing for water temperature. Open concept means that the shower section remained cold even while showering. Low water pressure - not great for rinsing long hair. The stairs takes a lot of space in the room. So no additional space or chair in the room with this layout. Once side of the bed is under the stair which means low ceiling and potential head bump. Only wireless charging on the night stands - so unless all of your tech can support it can be tricky.
I would stay again since I always have a good experience and it’s a great location and great building but the elements mentioned above could influence someone preference.
I think would be nice for a couple and people that just want a great location.
