The Broadway is a lovely quiet hotel, the staff are so kind, friendly and cannot do too much for you. Its location is good to access the larger hotels and transport systems to all the sites and areas . I had an 11 night stay and would not hesitate in recommending this hotel

Very impressed with their cleanliness, staff service, thoughtful little details eg complementary daily snacks and bottled water, and toiletries, slippers, laundry bag etc. They have great, reliable and easily accessible free shuttle buses between hotels within their resorts, and between Taipa and Macau. We enjoyed our 1 week stay very much. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at the Broadway Hotel. The manager, Lucy, went over and above and exceeded our expectations. The staff, Gab and Renelle, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. The room was beautiful, and the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. The breakfast each morning was really good. Overall, we had a great experience.

1. no taxi, thinking it is Macau's common problem 2. Hotel should have direct shuttle to 2 piers 3. swimming pool opening time at 10:00am is too late, and not making sense. Everybody were waiting for swimming especially children wake up early. Usually hotel swimming pool's opening at 7:00 or 8:00am. After that, guests to have breakfast.
