Overall, we were very happy. Check in was good, staff (led by new handyman Lawrence of Zimbabwe) great, handy to local IGA (only big store in town, bakery was temporarily closed), love the whole area. Value for money Kalbarri, VG. Only real gripe? The parking for our upstairs apartment was too tight as Neighbour had a typical long 'grey nomads' setup, making maneuverability not the easiest. BBQ was good, but ground notices say 'BBQs'.

Customer service was excellent. Property is on the older side however lots of room and has everything you could possibly need. Only negative is having to reverse out of the parking bay but not a problem is you are confident at reversing!

Staff were very friendly and excellent communicators. Unit was very clean and comfortable and mostly well appointed. Suggest providing a cutting board. WiFi was poor and restricted to 30 mins in our unit, so forget doing any work requiring cloud access.
