I loved this boutique motel! It was so unique, offered lots of activities for families, such as teatherball, corn hole, volleyball net, and fire pit. This dog friendly motel is right on the beach. It’s an older property but it has been well maintained. There’s an indoor pool which the grandchildren love. And there are loaner DVDs and DVD players in the rooms.

Wonderful location with easy access to the beach. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage which was great to be able to prepare meals with our 3 kids. The pool and lawn games were fun. They had popcorn and DVDs to check out. It is an older property and breakfast could have been better, but overall it is great! We would definitely stay here again.

Although the place isn't much to look at on the outside, I was very pleasantly surprised when I entered my room, #39, to find it freshly & very tastefully decorated in a safari theme. My only slight dissatisfaction is that I found the sheets a bit scratchy & the pillows too firm, but that's just my preferences. The kitchenette served its' purpose well, and the ocean view was spectacular. Easiest beach access I have found after staying at 20+ hotels/motels on the Coast!! I will definitely stay here at the Silver Surf Motel again.
