The front desk staff went above and beyond to assure our stat was excellent. Elisa was so helpful with directions to the parking lot as well as with making sure our luggage was placed in our room by the time check in was available. We also received a welcome splash of rose wine and although we missed the happy hour event, we were offered a complimentary bottle of red wine. We love staying at El Dorado were are welcomed and treated like family. I look forward to staying there again soon.

No laundry options, our room smelled like beef tallow every night because it was right above the kitchen. They said there was a coffee bar, but it was never out. Everything around town closes around nine, including the kitchen. Staff fairly snobby.

Pablo was upbeat and kind when we checked in. They offered early check in and kindly gave us an upgraded room because it was a less busy night. The property is clean, well upgraded and located so close to a lovely park and town square. There is a good dinnerhouse in the building and many other great restaurants within blocks.
