A couple of mishaps
The room was very clean and the staff was very nice. Unfortunately, the lights went out one morning and there was an announcement made over the intercom at 7am. The tv in our room was also small but I'm thinking that was to keep us in the casino but there were multiple channels not available.

Have stayed at this property many times under many owners. Always clean and comfortable. Great views of the Ohio River. Carpet in public areas starting to look a bit ratty but rooms are quite well maintained. Like the walk-in showers. No breakfast included. Deli off casino carries some breakfast items. Dining area on casino floor is good for pub grub.

Second stay
Stayed in the legends tower, it shows it's age, but there were no staff in the tower other than cleaning crew. Couldn't check in in the towers had to go through the casino which was a hassle because security doesn't want you to stop between the hotels. The hotel beds are firm but comfortable, don't look down at the aged carpet or too close to the walls.
