As soon as I entered the room there was roaches on the window curtains as well as the walls and air conditioner. And not just one , there were multiple roaches . I left the room and had the hardest time trying to get a refund from Hotels com . I basically had to sleep in my car.

Make you your get a room, that no one has been too and hasn’t been used. They don’t put new toilet paper and let people use the same soap .

All in all, Beyond Stay Hotel in Victorville in California is a nice hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. But I didn't stay there. I had just come from purchasing a motorcycle, and it was tied down in the back of my pick up truck. The hotel is in a pretty rough area, and I figured that I would rather lose the money I spent on the hotel room rather than lose my new motorcycle. So I went someplace else.

Too much activity with people and door stepping and a lot of homeless people trolling around the block and asking for favors

The housekeeper is great, but the room was full of roaches, toilet seat was broken, i mean this was too much for me for only a 2 day stay coming from az. Never again will i stay here. Just a heads up you might encounter an agent on a screen giving you directions instead of an actual agent signing you in. Do not pay 50 for a security deposit this place should be free deposit fee for how bad it is. Room 206 air conditioner does not cool room either. Just saying.

This was a terrible place. Roaches in the room. People up all night. Got woke up by someone beating on the door looking for someone that wasn't in the room. Not safe or clean.

If you like, staying with pimps and drug dealers, and you like finding dirty sheets on your bed. And sheets and blankets with cigarette burns in them and stains, towels that are no longer white and have stains on them. and doorframes that looked like somebody broke in, locks that don't work, dirty appliances, dirty air conditioning unit, dirty, everything, stains all over the walls, pubic hairs from somebody else, everything in the room damaged scratches on the furniture like people etching their stuff into the furniture, holes barely repaired in walls and doors.... And being charged a fifty dollar deposit on top of what you already paid... Well then, this is the place for you.
