When I arrived the hotel at 10pm to check-in, I found that my family room was occupied by someone, the manager said no more rooms will be available during my stay and "forced" us to move to another hotel which was not in a condition that we expected, the hotel location was bad, far away from subway, the room was not a family room as we expected. I was very disappointed but can't do anything at all. I paid for this hotel and turned out to stayed in a "cheaper" hotel.
Nice people and good service, giving a warm living experience to us :) providing us a detail information of staying there, helping us to order food, borrowing us the scale for luggage... Thank you very much, would like to see you guys again next time!
