I was very disappointed as on my arrival at 11pm, while there was tea and coffee and sugar and a fridge, there was no milk for a simple cup of tea, and the reception was shut.
I also got affected by the global Microsoft outage and my flight was cancelled, so missed one of the 2 nights accommodation i booked. I rang but the property manager could not do anything about it.He say he would waive any penalties on changing the dates, but that i would have to go through wotif to organise that. I couldn't see where to contact wotif to try and arrange that, so it cost me one nights accommodation and it was completely outside my control.
