Overall nice, but had to fight for it
It was hard at first. We got put in a room with no windows, despite the listing saying there were black out blinds and pictures of rooms with windows. We then got moved to a room with windows but also with black mould across the ceiling. We went through the errors in the listing with reception who refused to acknowledge their error, blaming the website for making the listing. Finally got moved to a decent room when hotels.com rang to ask for our nights to be refunded as it was not as seen/described. None of the rooms have bathtubs, FYI. After that staff couldn't be more helpful. The pool is small but has little water jets for bubbles so it's relaxing. The laundry service is 3x more expensive that if you do it yourself, we used it for convenience any way and it was great. Tuk Tuk and rickshaw drivers didn't know this road so have it ready on the map to point it out.
