Stayed here twice in within a week (one night each time/booking).
Our check-in was easy but we waited a long time as it seemed all other guests in queue had problems and reception staff had to discuss and leave desk etc to deal with these other guests.
Disappointing, that as booked with Expedia no recognition / perks given that we were One Rewards members.
The shower room on rooftop for use pre/post checkin is a nice idea, but reality is 2 small cubicles with complicated taps (so had cold shower) in a small dressing area without a door to the open air (showers had doors). Lots of clean towels.
Reception staff were not friendly at all, certainly couldn’t say unfriendly just robotic, seemed bored or lifeless.
They did let us leave luggage from noon check out to later in day when we were heading to airport - but luggage room is too small for amount of cases they had to deal with and our bags were just left in busy reception; we had been told they’d be moved to secure area when available (we could see this was empty) but this didn’t happen.
Room we booked was very small, bathroom was tiny. Very poor and very basic breakfast selection so had to eat out which was shame as had thought that expense was covered.
Signage (room numbers/lifts) in corridor was an odd colour, had to play hunt the lift a few times.
Good location for eating out at Clarke or Robinson Quay, just few minutes walk.
