This is a nice old place, one of the very first boutique hotels in Bali. But fair warning; they are renovating one of the larger villas and the construction noise is ongoing from 9-5 Monday through Saturday. On account of this, we left earlier than expected. But if you're looking for a nice small place in Sanur and you don't get about noise, this is probably a good choice.
Also, they support the local dancers, and have performances on Saturday night which are very worthwhile if you care at all about Balinese culture.
Finally, note they are building a huge mall in this area, Icons, which is weird as this has traditionally been a low key area. So traffic is bound to get even worse in the future, which is the long term trend in Bali. I know as I"ve been coming since 1988
