Nice hotel is Joao Pessoa near the beach far from the downtown so it’s nice to rest. Easy to Uber to the Tambau and feira de artesanato. I definitely recommend!

The staff was incredible, every single one of them. The location is good, however, a bit far from the action, not a good place to walk around at night time. The hotel needs some upkeep in some of the rooms, I stayed in 3 rooms (long story not hotels fault) and only 1 was in really good shape. Overall, it was a good time and good stay. My parents stayed here before and loved it.

It’s a great hotel. The pool is great. The rooms are small, but for the price I paid it’s a good deal.

Lousy WiFi. Construction outside, woke up to a backhoe at 7 am every weekday and noise continued all day. Have stayed here before but thinking about not returning.

Overall it was good. I’m disappointed with the staff. I arrived at the hotel and nobody came to help me unload from my Uber. I went inside for help and they told me to leave everything outside? I said no because I had valuable stuff in my luggage. The next day at the pool I asked for snacks and drinks and they took 2hrs with no response so i cancelled and ordered from somewhere else. ( I called them 3 times!). Bathroom had a hole on the ceiling in shower box. I asked for someone to close it and the manager laughed at me like it was a joke. Toiled also loose and dangerous for elderly. Took them 1hr to come to my room. Slow staff. Other than that it was good. Perfect location if you’re looking for peace and quiet.

Quiet Location Away from the Buzz
When you just want quiet, this is the perfect place. It is the last hotel in the boardwalk away from the city. There is no restaurants at a walking distance, you will need a taxi to go anywhere. But I do like the place, it is brand new, well kept hotel.

Typical hotel that spend on the front appearance
Let me start off with I have traveled to Brazil now 17 times and have stayed at many different hotels. This hotel didn't rate high in my standards. from cleanliness to service.
Upon check in the room appeared to be clean and on closer inspections you could find signs of previous guest, from hair to splatters on the mirror to shower stall. Looks like they just do a basic quick cleaning between guest. Only hotel I have every stayed at where they leave you with only 2 towels. From asking the front desk to the maid service 4 times to increase the towels. I finally received and they increased to 3 only. This lasted 1 day then back to 2 towels. Laundry service was terrible on the first attempt they came back smelling like they washed with a pair of someone else sneakers. Had to send out the second time.
The restaurant used only once and was not happy when we placed our order for two meals they only brought one.
I heard a rattle at my door and upon opening found another guest and bell Hop trying to get into my room. They had booked out my room to another guest.
Then I was told I couldn't have a guest in my room when I invited one.
Overall experience I would not stay again.
This has nothing to do with the hotel but on arrival our rental car was given away. Even after calling the day before to confirm the rental company said YES everything is in place to pickup your reserved vehicle. I chalk it up to being the Brazilian way of doing things

Opposite the beach in a quite area of the seafront
Hotel very comfortable and clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with so many different foods and drinks available. Room was spacious and clean with comfortable bed and lovely shower. Balcony and ocean front view were pre-booked and didn't disappoint and well worth the extra fairly low supplement.
lovely beach opposite although at high tide need to walk along the sea front about 200 metres to find any sand left. Safe for swimming and water was lovely and warm. Hotel has a swimming pool on the roof but didn't use this as so many beaches to use in the area and such brilliant beach weather. A nice touch was the hotel reception give you a beach towel if you are going out to the beach or swimming which saves you having to take your own or to have wet towels in your room.

Overall
The hotel is in a great location across the street from the beach in a quiet area. Parking is convenient in a garage under the hotel. The hotel has a great rooftop pool and patio area, however the sauna was not working. The restaurant serves a great breakfast. We also had lunch in the restaurant and although the food was good, it was overpriced and there are better and cheaper dining options a short walk down the street. The room had a safe, but it was not attached to the wall, so we were uncomfortable leaving any valuables in it.
Overall the Hotel Cabo Branco Atlântico was a very good value. There were no surprise fees such as we experienced in other Brazilian hotels. It was one of the nicest four star hotels we stayed at in our trip through BraziI. I would stay there again and would recommend the hotel to friends.

A great place to stay!
It was a very professional and modern hotel. There is a great patio and pool that overlooks the beach. The hotel itself is located a bit far out of the central beach area, however it makes for a more quiet stay as there are a lot less people and noise on the streets, especially if there is a festival and parties like there was when I stayed in Joao Pessoa. The breakfast is quite impressive and the hotel restaurant has a nice ambiance.

This is not a 3 star hotel
We had issues with our two part reservation.
Front desk staff not up to the task.
Several mornings without hot water in shower.
Got stuck TWICE in both elevators. Scary moments.
Breakfast food below par.
Bed sheets and bathroom towels were grey not white (detergent quality?).
Safe in room did not work and wasn't bolted to the wall.
Room Wi-Fi intermittent.
No iron or ironing board in room.
