When you advertise that your hotel has onsite parking, it would be an advantage if the directions to that "onsite parking" weren't to the street outside the property that was packed with day trippers. Also when your guests pointed that out that you were told the property had onsite parking, replying with: "don't worry, it will be empty after 6 and you can repark then", isn't really acceptable as an alternative.
It would also be an advantage that you check the room prior to giving us keys and allowing us to unpack before shuffling us downstairs to 2 very different rooms.
Apparently, the electrics in the 2nd floor had been blown a couple of days before!
Other than that, the other properties around (as in food & drink) were great. Bean & Batch did a brilliant brekkie roll and Maison Gourmet was just a perfect breakfast with a very French twist - sensational.
