I was honestly expecting more from a 4 star hotel, but overall it wasn’t so bad. We stayed for 5days4 nights in July.
The staff is great and always friendly. The location is fantastic with plenty of restaurants, cafes, markets at walking distance. The metro is literally down the street, about 20 ft away. There’s lemonade juice, candy, and cookies in the reception area to greet you every day at all times. My son loved that.
I gave it 3 stars because some of the things I didn’t like really outweighed what I did like. First off, the room was much smaller than what I thought I was getting. When I paid for the 2 rooms, I paid executive king bed and the images used were not what we got. I found out later, once checked in that the images of what I thought I would get were instead for the junior suites, so that was misleading and very upsetting. Both rooms were triple sharing and had a sofa bed and a king size bed. On our first night my 8 yr old son and I were stuck in the elevator for 45 mins. It took about 20 mins for people to realize we were stuck after pressing in the emergency button countless of times and another 20 to wait for the handyman to come and get us out. We were in room 503 and our bathroom had a leak on the ceiling. All tv channels are in French so prepare for that. If triple sharing the fridge in room gets blocked and you’ll have to move the sofa bed each time to get to the fridge. It’s a small space for your luggage. We had 2 luggages and barely made it work.
