The location is perfect, just a short walk to Volcano Bay, which makes it easy to pop over for a quick visit or spend the day enjoying the attractions. Additionally, the transportation provided to Universal Studios is excellent, ensuring a smooth and stress-free journey. On top of that, the early admission feature is a fantastic perk, allowing guests to enjoy the park before the general crowd arrives. Overall, my stays at Universal hotels have always been delightful and hassle-free, making my trips memorable and enjoyable.

Great experience! The staff are so welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. Eager to help and answer questions. I would definitely go back just to take a vacation there. Everything that you need is in the resort. My daughter loved the lady river, my son loved the hot tub. They have bowling, a gym, and a diner all in here. Love the 70s vibe.... And the diner had great selections of food. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a place to stay.

kids enjoyed it the most, there was so much to do in the hotel that it felt like we should have kept some days just to relax in the hotel instead of going to disney

Friendly staff, nice pool, nice room, convenient location. But i was surprised one of the smart gates, entrance from parking to building #4, the door was broken - it looked ugly. I reported this the second morning, but by the end of the day nothing had been done, not even a 'caution' sign. I have a image to show, but I'm unable to upload.

Pool was great! Food on the premises was okay, but super convenient after a long day spent in the parks. Bowling was super overpriced, and did not give prices when setting a reservation time. $24 a person is crazy!
