Pros: Staff very attentive and helpful with a few English and Spanish speakers. Right across the street from Joaquina Rita Bier lake. A good spot if you don't have a car. A tour agency is very close. A pharmacy which is next to a 24 hour gas station with convenience store are about 3 blocks away. Very nice heated swimming pools. Breakfasts was simple but good with omelets made to order. Wi-Fi signal was strong. The shower and bun gun had strong water pressure. Air con worked great with no musty smell. Cons: The standard room was bit small, I recommended only 2 people. The jacuzzi jets were weak.

O quarto é grande, com dois ambientes e uma decoração de bom gosto. O banheiro é tipo americano com o chuveiro dentro da banheira em uma posição muito baixa. Para tomar banho tem que ser abaixado. O isolamento acústico não é bom, sendo incomodado pelo barulho das mesas do restaurante. No quarto 402 preocuparam com a decoração e esqueceram da funcionalidade: quarto sem armário e sem espelho, somente um pequeno no banheiro que vê somente o rosto. O estacionamento é pago e bem caro. A localização do hotel é muito boa; No café da manhã os funcionários da Laghetto ficam te abordando para vender cotas, o que é bem chato. Muitas vezes com uma abordagem fora da realidade. Não ficaria nesse hotel novamente.
