We splurged on the Deluxe 2 Queen Room -- it had more space for my wife and kids. The room was spacious, well-appointed and had 5-6 floor to ceiling windows. Beautiful place. The location was excellent.

Its all in the details! From the complimentary wine, the soft bed and pillows, tasteful decor, aromatic toiletries and beautiful bars with top notch cocktails this Hotel is definitely a gem! Our stay here was top notch. The location for a family is perfect (close to Bryant Park and easy walk to Rockefeller, 5th and Broadway/Times Square). When you stay here, go to Coffee Culture across the street for the best coffee! The rooftop was very cool!

We loved the roof top bar and the Jazz Bar downstairs. Great cocktails and lots of fun! Buzzy ambiance. The breakfast diner connected to the hotel was a bit disappointing - no ability to make coffee - and the limited food options could be improved upon- but there are a million places to eat in NYC and this hotel is in a Great Spot. The electrical outlets in our room were a bit old and finnicky too - but it is a historic old building so we just dealt with it. Overall, we Loved the hotel and our trip to NYC!
