Convenient - but be aware that the hotel rooms don’t have assigned indoor parking - just outdoor. A bit dated and basic but comfortable and convenient for Kirkwood skiing.

Lovely place to stay, beautiful setting
Really lovely and cozy suite, we were surprised by the size of the suite and adjoining room together, which made our stay really wonderful. The furniture is comfortable and totally appropriate for a lodge stay. Solid place about 45 minutes away from Lake Tahoe. Few to none eating options in summer though.
