Fairly new hotel with fantastic location right in front of the Naksan Beach. The retail shops around the hotel were not fully open as it was non-peak season. Friendly staffs yet inexperienced and not very knowledgeable (especially restaurant host). 2 major flaws needs to be addressed: 1. Shower door knob is very tiny and impossible to open the door after using the shower. 2. Major elevator issue - had to wait at least 5+ minutes everytime trying to use the elevator. Mind you it was a non-peak season.

직원분들 너무 친절하시고 부모님과 함께한 여행이라 투룸으로 예약했는데 룸컨디션도 너무 좋고 오션뷰는 진짜 쵝오에요 <3 욕실도 너무 크고 훌륭합니다. 조식도 여태까지 가본 호텔 중에 최고에요 ! 정말 다양한 음식이 있고 음식도 바로 바로 채워지고 따뜻한 음식에 빵도 직접 만드는시는 빵도 있고 첨에는 추가금이 비싼가?싶었는데 사실 근처 모든 식당을 통틀어서 호텔 조식이 제일 훌륭했어요 :) 그리고 루프탑 풀도 다음날까지 이용가능하게 진짜 좋은거 같아요 ! 물론 체크아웃이 12시로 늦어서 오전에 수영장이용까지 할 수 있는게 더 장점인것 같아요 !!! 추천합니다.

장점 1. 넓고 깨끗한 신축 룸 컨디션. 2.낙산해수욕장 바다전망. 3.호텔 직원들 젊고 전반적으로 친절. 4.차별화 된 루프탑 사우나 수영장 DJ 버블파티 좋다. 5.애완견 동반 투숙룸 운영. 6.욕실에 거치된 헤어스타일러 소소한 서비스. 7.합리적으로 보이는 룸서비스 가격. 단점 1. 욕실에 거름망이 없고 바닥이 미끄러워 사고나기 딱 좋다. 시급한 조치 필요하다. 2. 화장실 투명 문이 아구가 안맞아 안 닫히고 계속 열린다. 도대체 이걸 왜 방치해 두고 있는지.. 3.그 많은 객실과 지하 주차장을 두고 엘베가 고작 3개. 이 호텔에 가장 심각한 문제로 보인다. 체크아웃 조식시간 때 엘베 밀리는 건 당연하고 20층에서도 기다리다 못타서 걸어 내려가는 사람들, 짐이 많거나 3-4층 사람들은 만원이어서 못타고 걸어 내려간 사람들도 많았다. 한 술 더 떠 오후에는 엘베 하나가 고장 나서 2개로 운영 아주 가관. 시행사 욕심이 만들어낸 기형적이고 형편없는 엘베 수. 4. 조식 공간 협소. 공간이 없으니 조식 가짓수도 적고 애어른 사람은 붐비니 돗떼기 시장같은 상황이 연출. 심지어 그 작은 공간 옆에 호텔 프론트 리셉션이랍시고 두 개 테이블과 작은 소파 몇개가 비치되고 로비 공간으로 쓰인다. 리셉션과 로비는 그 호텔에 얼굴인데 잠만자는 비즈니스 호텔이면 모를까 그 공간조차 아까워 음식 냄새나는 조식장소와 로비가 같이 사용되고 있었다. 내가 볼땐 1층 리셉션 로비 2층은 온전히 조식 공간으로 써야 맞는 구조다. 근데 이걸 2층에 다 때려부어 놓고 1층마저 분양하려고 쪼개기 상가를 만들어 놨다. 그마저 1층상가는 아직 분양이 안됐는지 텅 비어 있어서 1층만 보면 어디 망한 지식산업센터 건물같은 느낌을 준다. 5. 환경보호 같은 헛소리말고 어메니티는 요금에 포함시키고라도 줘라 그냥. 어차피 유료로 팔잖아 니들. 이런거 저런거 다 챙겨야 되면 내가 호텔 왜 가냐. 개인적인 총평 어떻게든 시행사 이익만 생각하고 분양할 상가와 방만 많이 만들기 위해 설계 된 전형적인 생활형 숙박시설로 지어진 호텔인 곳으로 보인다. 그나마 이 호텔이 다행스러운 것은 타 생숙호텔과는 다르게 리셉션이 존재하고 방청소를 매일 해주는 것과 젊고 의욕적인 직원들이 아직은 고객 응대를 잘하고 있다는 점. 그리고 낙산에서 좋은 위치에 아름다운 낙산해수욕장의 전경을 품고 있다는 점이다. 다만 대한민국의 대표적 관광도시인 강원도에 제대로 된 호텔들이 아닌 생활형 숙박시설로 분양을 목적으로 설계 된 무늬만 호텔인 곳 들만 계속 생겨 나는 것 같아 참으로 씁쓸하다.

낙산해수욕장 바로 앞이라 해수욕하기 좋았습니다. 신축호텔이라 깨끗하구요. 큐알로 추가 수건같은 서비스 신청 가능한 것도 좋았습니다. 다양한 베개 컬렉션 선택가능한 것도 만족스러웠어요. 다만 로비가 2층에 있어서 좀 불편하고 1층은 상가인데 아직 아무것도 없어 썰렁합니다. 해수욕을 하고 싶어 선택했는데, 1층 에어건이 첫날에 작동을 안해서 불편했어요. 에어건쪽 입구에서 직원들이 모여 담배를 피시던데 개선되었으면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 테라스에 벌레 시체가 정말 많이 생기더라구요. 체크인할 때는 괜찮았는데 두번째 날 오전에 보니 밤새 수십마리 시체가.. 청소서비스 받았는데 다른덴 깨끗하게 잘 해주셨는데 테라스는 안 해주셔서 거의 안 나갔습니다. 조식도 맛있었는데 이틀째에도 메뉴 변경은 없더라구요. 한 두가지는 바뀌었음 합니다.

해변가 바로 앞에 위치하고 있습니다. 물놀이 하기 좋은 스팟이에요. 아무래도 바닷가다보니 (특히 밤에) 벌레가 나타나는 듯 합니다. 아침에 창문에 붙어있는 날벌레들이 많아 조금 놀랬습니다. 전반적으로 괜찮은 스테이였으나, 체크인 시 직원한테서 나는 담배냄새가 심해 첫인상이 좋진 않았습니다. 거리가 있는 데도 살짝 풍기는 정도가 아니어서 체크인 내내 힘들다는 생각이 들었어요. 이런 부분은 고객 응대 직원의 경우 특히 신경 써 주셔야 할 것 같습니다.
