The hotel is very new, the locations is amazing, with a little distant view of La Pelosa. The staff was very helpful and dedicated to the details. They showed the property as we left the front desk

The hotel opened in June in 2026 so it is new and therefore very beautiful, Bali vibes. Very spacious, bright, amazing rooms. Minibar is in the room but didn't have a kettle, which was very weird. I booked the hotel around 10 am when I arrived at La Pelosa. I called the hotel if I could bring my stuff to the hotel before checking in at 3 pm. I was travelling alone so it is always scary to have everything with you at the beach. For my surprise the resrptionist said that they don't have that kind of service?!? It is very spacious hotel so it was really strange that they couldn't look after one persons belongings. The hotel is located at the top of a hill, which was frustrating, after 4 hours of traveling, being in the heat all day with all my belongings (covered in sand), to walk up that hill. Also there is no signs where the reception is etc. FYI there is no food at the hotel, only breakfast (pretty okay breakfast). Amazing hotel just missing some essentials.
