I really like going to smaller properties (no big corporations). They always have their quirks. The shower was a bit strange but it worked so that's all that matters. The staff was very lovely and always let me take candy from the front desk. And the location was very convenient for me, since I was in Frankfurt for a convention at Messe. I could easily walk there every day. And there is a huge mall nearby if you forgot anything. My only complaint was that I didn't think the breakfast was quite for 15 Euro, but hotel food is often expensive.

I suggest to add some items like microwave, aircon toothbrush and toothpaste for their client. Overall, the hotel room was pretty clean particularly.they collect room garbage time to time, the staff are welcoming and approachable. We will go back here again the next time we visit Frankfurt.

Bad experience
I had a terrible experience at Hotel Attaché. Upon arrival, they couldn't find my reservation despite it being confirmed on the Hotels.com app. They eventually assigned me a room with no ventilation, a non-opening window, and a foul smell. I couldn't sleep all night and had to wait until morning to speak with someone, who informed me that their servers, phone, and internet were down. I finally got a decent room but only managed a few hours of sleep before my appointment. They refused to refund me for the first night. I do not recommend this hotel.

I had to leave from the hotel because, it wasn't like in the photos of ebookers site. Room and entrance was very different compared to the photos. It was noisy and for example elevator was not in good condition.

dont go here
when we booked the room. we had booked 2 twin beds,and when we arrived there was only 1 bed.and not only that. it was dirty,and dusty. we marked the sheet to see if they change the sheet.and after they "cleaned" we still saw the marks there.they probably havent cleaned rhe sheets for a whole month! the workers are barely there and they are not even helpful! chairs in are room there was a stain on the crouch and we were disgusted to sit on it.The curtains had yellow parts on it which is probably trash.they only fold the blankets when they "clean" WARNING. DO NOT STAY HERE
